How to Apply and Receive Your Letter of Invitation
To apply for an Australian visa, some international participants may need an official Letter of Invitation from Tennis Australia. Complete the form below in English and upload a clear, colour copy of your passport photo page, along with proof of your participant role, if applicable.
Please avoid using accents or special characters (e.g. ñ, é, ü) when completing the form or naming your uploaded files, as these may cause errors in your submission.
Once submitted, Tennis Australia and Absolute Immigration will verify your details to confirm you are an invited participant. In most cases, your Letter of Invitation will be issued and sent within two business days from [email protected]*, though verification may take longer for some participant categories.
* To ensure delivery, add this email to your contacts and check your junk or spam folders. If you provided a secondary email address, your Letter of Invitation will also be sent there.
